Parkour/Freerunning stuff

I’m officially really really in love.

I will have to begin my cross training. For the moment, I started doing: squats, lunges, pushups and other basic workout. My goal is:

1. Weight training

Standard bench press, overhead press, deadlift and pullups, plus the squats and lunges (more strength and agility to my lower limbs)


2. Cycling

I need either a bicycle or a spin class.


3. Pool running

Or swimming? Well, I’ll have to decide.
